Throughout my childhood I was surrounded by eyes. By gaze. Penetrating male gaze. My father’s camera.
Now my eyes are camera. My camera sees. My camera explores my home. My camera mediates. My camera meditates. My camera transforms daily routine into poetic space. I experience healing through/at the interactions (with space / poetic space…) my camera points at.
My camera introduces borders into my life.
Catching the liminal sight emerging at interaction with the space surrounding me, transforms my life.
Transformation heals my past.
My transformed camera lays foundation for life-art intertwined existence.
